    As wet bleaching implies the oil in contact with the bleaching agent contains some water during the reaction time.

    The dew axing process is carried out to remove high melting waxes because of which the refined oil becomes cloudy at low temperature ambient conditions.

    Physical Refining process is used to remove Free Fatty Acid, using Steam Distillation method at high temperature.

    Intersterification is on of the process to convert oil into vanaspati ghee without hydrogenation.
